Lean was born and raised in a small province in the Philippines. She started architecture school in Mapua Institute of Technology for two years and continued studying in the University of Washington after her family moved to Seattle in 2011. One of the reasons that led her into studying architecture is because the field is not only work of art that excites one’s vision, but it is a work of design that embodies life, people, culture and lifestyle. She is interested in sustainable design and creating unique experiences through spaces.
When not in studio, Lean spends most of her time hanging out in a coffee shop, drinking cappuccino and thinking about more architecture. One of her life goals is to witness sunset in different parts of this beautiful world.
